Experience valuing development projects and knowing the real estate market, put to work for the district.

I studied business economics and management, and professionally I focus on valuing commercial real estate. As a member of the Committee for Territorial Development of the Prague 5 district assembly, I used my experience from the development sector to advance the public interest. Through negotiations with investors, the district hall should secure balanced development of all the functions of a city, so that we do not end up short of public amenities, which in turn causes needless growth in traffic.

I believe that is how a city takes shape that will serve future generations well.
