Public assets and open government
The district hall manages more than a billion korunas a year, and it is your tax money. Even so, an ordinary person has a hard time finding out which investments are coming, what stage they are at and what they cost. The budget is public but hard to read, and residents' requests often disappear without a clear answer. We want a district hall that is open, understandable and accountable: a public overview of investments, a budget people can read and an administration that gives answers.

What exactly, within 4 years
- A public register of every investment. For each project you will see the stage, the schedule, the budget and the name of the person accountable for it. Along with a clear process for approving, tracking and auditing projects, so people can genuinely see how public money is handled.
- New apartments for Prague 5. Roughly 15% of municipal apartments sit idle, unrepaired and empty. We will draw up a binding renovation plan with deadlines and a budget, clear rules for allocation and rents, and expand the housing stock through agreements with developers so part of every development goes into city management.
- The housing strategy Prague 5 does not have. Prague 5 manages 762 apartments but has no approved strategy. We will submit one: how many apartments for priority professions (teachers, doctors, police officers), how many for social purposes and how many on the market, all based on demographic data.
- You will know who is handling your request and by when. Through tools such as Munipolis you will see who has your case on their desk and by when they will resolve it. We will regularly publish the most common requests and their outcomes.
- A budget you can understand. Alongside the official tables, a readable management version: where the money actually goes, by area, by project and over time. Linked to the investment register so you can follow spending from the initial plan to the final accounting.
